Wayne Willson

Wayne Archer Willson, 73, of Ellsworth, passed away on Friday, September 17, 2021.  He was born on December 27, 1947 in East Jordan, MI, the son of Cilffton and Phyllis (MacDonald) Willson.

Wayne graduated from East Jordan High School in 1965.  He went on to work with his brother, Burt in logging and log home construction for many years.  If Wayne had any free time, he would nearly always spend it fishing.  He enjoyed bait fishing for many species, but his favorite to catch was brook trout.

Wayne is survived by his brother, Don Willson of Chatham, MI.

He was preceded in death by his parents; six brothers, Ken Willson, Paul Willson, Burton Willson, Bud Willson, Cliffton Willson Jr., and Billy Willson, and sister Arlene Hammond.

Private burial will take place at Dunsmore Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Meadow Brook Medical Care Facility.
