Wanda Arnett

Wanda M. Arnett, 69, of Ellsworth, died Friday, July 20, 2012 at McLaren -Northern Michigan in Petoskey.
She was born July 25, 1942 in Brighton, the daughter of Miner and Violet (Newell) Casto.
On October 21, 1974 she married George M. Arnett in Whitmore Lake. They lived in Howell and Pinckney, moving to South Arm Township in 1998. George died in 1999.
Wanda worked at Pinckney Molding Plastics in Howell for many years. She enjoyed Pop Warner football, working with kids and gardening.
Surviving are her children Rebecca (Rex) Garrett of London, Ohio, George Arnett of Ellsworth, Marion (Jill) Arnett of Alma, Brian (Patricia) Arnett of Brighton, Lenora Arnett of Flushing, Nancy (Rex) Viera of Ann Arbor, and Martha (Charles) Whitaker of Webberville; son-in-law Christopher Ehnis of Montana, many grandchildren and great-grandchildren with one on the way; siblings Betty Adrian of London, Ohio, Richard (Phyllis) Casto of Ohio and Texas, Rosie Woods of Rough of Falls, Kentucky, and Janie Liest of Lima, Ohio. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband George M. Arnett, and her daughter Regina Arnett Ehnis.
Visitation was held at Hastings Funeral Home in Ellsworth on Sunday, July 22, from 5 to 7 p.m.
The funeral service was held at 11 a.m. Monday, July 23, 2012 at Hastings Funeral Home with the Rev. Celia M. Hastings officiating. Burial was in Lakeside Cemetery, South Arm Township, at 1 p.m. Tuesday, July 24. 2012.
