Tina Marie Phillips

Tina Marie Phillips, 51, of Mancelona, passed away July 20 at her home surrounded by her family. Tina was born December 28, 1972 to Joanne Murray and Daniel Becker. 

Tina was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, and so much more, and will be sorely missed. 

Tina graduated from Central Lake Public Schools in 1991. She enjoyed crafting, garage sailing, being outside, and going on the boat, but most of all spending time with her family. She was a member of the Assembly of God New Life church in Mancelona. 

On October 20, 2018 at the Blue Sky Barn in Elmira, Tina married William Phillips Jr., who survives. Also surviving are her children Christopher (Clancey) Becker, Michael Becker, Stephanie (Keegan) Veihl, Katelyn Holm, Mariah (Daniel) Segraves, Zachary Holm, Dylan Holm, Ryan Holm, step-children Brittany Phillips, Faith Anderson, Raegan Ward, Jathan Phillips, and Shane Phillips, and 14 loving grandchildren. Also surviving Tina is her mother Joanne Michanowicz and siblings Steven (Tiffany) Michanowicz, Teresa (Ryan) Cichewicz, Matt (Nicole) Michanowicz, Alex (Lyndie) Michanowicz, and Christopher (Taylor) Becker. Preceding her in death is her father Robert Michanowicz, biological dad Daniel Becker, grandparents Rex and Betty Murray, and infant brother Nathan Michanowicz. 

A funeral service will take place Friday, July 26, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. at the Mancelona Chapel of Mortensen Funeral Homes. Visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. until the time of the service. Pastor Carla Ives will officiate.
