Thomas "Tommy" Watros

Thomas “Tommy” Watros,  24, of East Jordan, passed away on October 19, 2020 at his home.

Tommy was born on August 4, 1996, in Petoskey, the son of William and Veronica (Hosler) Watros.

He was a fun-loving young man with a great personality.  He enjoyed people watching, especially at carnivals.   He loved the outdoors, fishing, boat rides among other activities.

Tommy loved “slapstick” comedies on TV, spending time with his siblings, surrounding them with his humor and his love for funny noises.     The family took several vacations to Disney World with his favorite part being “A Bugs Life”

He is survived by his parents, Veronica and Bill Watros of South Arm Township, 6 siblings, Sarah Thorne of Antrim County, Desiree Watros of Boyne City, William  “Billy” Watros of Boyne City, William  “Kenny” Watros of Mancelona, Izzebell Watros of East Jordan, Gabriella Watros of East Jordan, his Maternal grandmother, Jackie Hosler of East Jordan and many extended family members.

He was preceded in death by a sister Tiffany Watros, Paternal grandparents, Harvey and Joyce Watros, Maternal grandfather, George Hosler as well as several other extended family.

Funeral services will take place on Thursday, October 22, 2020 at 4:00 p.m. at the Central Lake Chapel of Mortensen Funeral Homes.  Visitation will be from 1 p.m. until the time of services at 4 also on Thursday.
