Thomas Aenis

Thomas A. Aenis 66, of Sheridan, formerly of Central Lake, died Thursday, August 20, 2009 at his home. He was born May 17, 1943 in Charlevoix the son of Harold and Mildred (Sinclair) Aenis. Tom attended grade school in Central Lake until moving to the Lapeer Home and Training School for the developmentally disabled. For many years he resided in Sheridan and leaves his loving residential family to mourn him. Surviving are his sisters Joann (Raymond) Barley of Grand Rapids, Nancy Aenis of Traverse City, a nephew, two nieces and one great nephew. He was preceded in death by his parents. Funeral services will be held Monday, August 24, 2009 at One p.m. at the Central Lake Chapel of Mortensen Funeral Homes. Interment will follow at Southern Cemetery, Central Lake Twp.
