Tammy Marie (Hubbell)Papp, 36, of Palm Desert, CA and formerly of Elk Rapids, died Tuesday, Mar. 18th at Munson Medical Center in Traverse City. Memorial services will be held Saturday, March 22, at Eleven a.m. at the 1st Presbyterian Church in Elk Rapids. The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. until the time of service. A full obituary will appear in Friday's edition of the Record Eagle. Arrangements are being handled by the Central Lake Chapel of Mortensen Funeral Homes.
