Sue Ferrell

Sue Ann Ferrell, 63 of Bellaire, died peacefully with her husband at her side, Mon. Dec. 14, 2015 at Munson Medical Center after suffering a major stroke. She was born Aug. 27, 1952, in Lansing, the daughter of Richard and Georgia (King) Gleason. Sue loved the great outdoors and all it had to offer. She enjoyed taking care of her animals, site seeing and wildlife. She also loved spending time with her children and always kept a clean house. For many years you could see Sue's smiling face at Meadow Brook Medical Care Facility, Mrs. Pete's, and Schuss Mountain. Most recently you could see her working hard at McDonald's in Bellaire. On April 10, 1976 in Ovid, she married the love of her life, Jeffery L. Ferrell who survives. Also surviving are her daughters Nicole (Michael) Sherman of Kodiak, AK, Jessica (Mike Hilgandorf) Ferrell of Gaylord, soon to be grandchildren Sky Lynn and Kendall Langdon, brother Dick (Judy) Gleason, sisters Sally Beck, Carolyn Perry, brother Mike (Joyce) Gleason, and many nieces and nephews. Sue was preceded in death by her parents, her brother Jimmy (Sandy) Gleason, sisters Roxanne (Bill) Brogdon and Ruth Young, brother in law Dean Beck, and a niece and nephew.
