Steven Douglas

Steven Gene Douglas 66 of Bellaire died December 8, 2020 peacefully surrounded by his loved ones. He was born November 13, 1954 in Paducah, KY the son of Carlos and Helen (Crawford) Douglas.

Steve loved spending time with his kids and grandkids.  He loved to hunt and fish with them and watch them play sport too.  He also enjoyed being in the outdoors and woodworking.  He loved living in Northern Michigan and enjoyed taking drives around the back roads.  Steve especially loved fall.  He loved telling jokes and always made people laugh. He would do anything for anyone and had a heart of gold.

Surviving are his children Linda (Albert) Clark and Tabitha (Curtis) Hopp, grandsons Deven and Dalin Clark, great granddaughter Brinley Clark, sister Linda Douglas, nephew Jeff Paquette, nieces Michelle Paquette and Jackie Walker.  Preceding him in death are his parents, his brother Larry Douglas, and nephew Dwayne Paquette.

A celebration of life will be held 4th of July weekend 2021.  In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made to the family.
