Steven E Domanico

Steven E. Domanico, beloved daddy, husband, brother, son, and friend to many, died suddenly November 29, 2023.  He was born February 8, 1981 in Freehold, New Jersey the son of Edward Domanico and Christine Wanser.

Steven had a zest for life and was proud to be an American. He loved his home and family, and enjoyed most of all making his home and property welcoming. Whether it was painting, or helping Alex with her mini-farm, or riding around on his mower trying to cut the lawn to look like a park, he was so proud of the life he was building and the blessings shared. Steven could often be found on the water fishing or boating or even just talking about the kind of boat he’d like to own someday. He was a dedicated football fan, and especially loved the Miami Dolphins after growing up and living most of his life in Florida.

In 2015 in the Florida Keys he met the love of his life, Alexandra Mittner of Bellaire, who survives. They joined in marriage on July 17, 2021 in Ellsworth.

Also surviving are his two children Adam Jay Domanico and Clara Marie Domanico both at home, his mother Christine Domanico of Phoenix, AZ, his father Edward Domanico of Las Vegas, NV, brother Christopher (Jacqueline) Domanico of Phoenix, AZ with nieces Julianna & Nicolette and nephew Leo, in-laws Cristina Torres and J. Jay Mittner of Central Lake, and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, December 16, 2023, at 12 noon at the Central Lake Chapel of Mortensen Funeral Homes.  The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. until the time of service.  Interment will take place in Lakeview Cemetery, Torch Lake Township.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Memorial Fund for Steven Domanico, c/o Alden State Bank, P.O.
