Seth Boss

Seth Daniel Boss, 26, of Central Lake, died Saturday, May 29, 2010 as a result of an ATV accident. He was born August 31, 1983, in Traverse City, the son of Dennis (Dan)C. Boss and Susan (Juracko) Collins. Seth was a lifelong resident of Central Lake and a 2002 graduate of Ellsworth high school. He enjoyed hunting fishing and playing sports. Seth also enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He worked for many years at DeForest and Bloom as a bunny rancher. He is survived by many loving family members; his mother Suzie (Ben) Collins of Central Lake and father Dan Boss of Ellsworth, siblings Rachel Boss (John McCafferty) of East Jordan, Eli Boss of Central Lake, Hannah (Josh) Barraw of Ellsworth, Ashley (Kelly Orman) Collins of Mancelona, Jacob and Zeb Collins both of Central Lake, nieces and nephews Delilah Boss, Hadly and Adelaide McCafferty, grandparents Bethel and Clarence Boss of Ellsworth, Della Juracko of Central Lake Larry and Janet Rysztak of Alden, Paul Collins Sr. of Wolverine, great grandmother Ruby Collins of Mancelona, great grandmother Marge Rysztak of Traverse City, Aunts and Uncles Sharmon Dulaney of Charlevoix, Joan Boss and Laney Boss both of Traverse City, Pam Barnard, Joe (Carolyn) Juracko and Ramona Juracko all of Central Lake, cousins Cory Dulaney, Leah Olson, Cailin Tacktor, Kelsey Dulaney, Joey Juracko, Maggie Barnard, Kathryn Barnard, Andrew Juracko, and Amber Juracko. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather Joe Juracko Sr. Funeral services will be held Friday, June 4, 2010, at 10 a.m. at St. Luke Catholic Church in Bellaire with Fr. Jim Gardiner officiating. The family will receive friends Thursday, June 3, from 2 to 8 p.m. at the Central Lake Chapel of Mortensen Funeral Homes. Memorial donations may be directed to the family.
