Sandra "Sandy" Pfander

Sandra “Sandy” L. McCarry-Pfander, age 51, died on Thursday, June 16, 2022 surrounded by her parents and daughters at her childhood home in Harbor Springs, MI.  She was born on August 13, 1970.

Her memory will forever be cherished and remembered by her parents, Robert and Nancy McCarry; two daughters, Courtney (Luke) Esford and Megan Jennings; a husband, Michael Pfander; a brother, James (Mary) McCarry; nieces, Bethany McCarry and Paige (Ray) Gonzalez; and grand-nephews, Myles and Samuel Gonzalez. 

She courageously fought cancer for 10 years.  Her strength, determination, and joy for life will live on in those who knew and loved her.

Services will be held privately.
