Ruth McKinnon

Ruth Ann McKinnon (Merrick), born July 23, 1940, in Providence Hospital, Detroit, Michigan, and passed away March 31, 2013, in Williamsburg, Michigan. She was a loving wife, sister, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She is survived by her husband, Ronald William McKinnon (77) of 52 years; her sister, Peggy Merrick; her three children: Kim Foss (Guy Foss Sr.), Kevin McKinnon (wife-Kari McKinnon), and Margaret Holden; ten grandchildren: Guy Foss Jr., Andrew Foss (Theresa), Brandon Legendre, Krystal Legendre, Garrett Foss, Joshua Holden (Cassie), Shelby Nightingale (Matthew), Sahra McKinnon, Megan McKinnon, and Noah McKinnon; and three great-grandchildren. She retired in 1999, from MCN Corp. after many years as a dedicated employee. In lieu of flowers, donations to Ruth's favorite charities would be greatly appreciated: St. Jude Children's Hospital or Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. No services are planned at this time.
