Rosemary Gould

Rosemary E. "Korky" Gould, 58, of Mancelona passed away Thursday, November 11, 2010 at Munson Medical Center. Korky was born on July 21, 1952 in Port Huron, MI., the daughter of Edward and Mary (Lorentz) Vahovick. She worked as an LPN at Meadow Brook for 15 years. She loved crocheting, but most of all her pride and joy was her family. She is survived by three children, Grant Vahovick and his FiancAC. Crystal Howes, Mary Margaret Smith (Jonathan II), and Shawn Gould all of Mancelona; one sister, Virginia Babcock of Fort Gratiot; two brothers, Tom Vahovick of Fort Gratiot and Edward Vahovick of Port Huron; and several nieces and nephews. She will be greatly missed. She was preceded in death by her parents, and a brother-in-lawn, Robert Babcock. The visitation will be Sunday, November 14, 2010 from 2 - 4 p.m. at the Mancelona chapel of Mortensen Funeral Homes.
