Ronald Powell

RONALD F. POWELL, 57, of Kewadin, died on March 6, 2010 at his home. Ronald was born on Nov. 25, 1952 in Grand Rapids, the son of William and Kitty (Jennett) Powell. Ronald resided in Kewadin for most of his life and graduated from Elk Rapids High School. He enjoyed spending time with his friends, drawing and woodcarving. He had a special love for Alaska where he lived for 10 years. He is survived by a brother, William (Joyce) Powell of Kewadin, two sisters, Janet (Jack) Kamp of Howard City, Pat (Dar) Rogers of Caledonia, many nieces, nephews and friends. No services are planned at this time. Burial will take place in Maple Grove Cemetery, Elk Rapids. Memorial contributions may be made to A.C. Paws, P.O. Box 94, Acme, Michigan, 49610.
