Robert J Schultz Jr.
Robert J. Schultz Jr. 80, passed away Friday, April 5th, 2024. He was born May 13, 1943 in Pontiac the son of Robert Sr, and Mary (Trepasso) Schultz.
He retired from the GM truck and coach division out of Pontiac after 38 years of dedicated service. Robert was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting and scuba diving.
He was preceded in passing by his parents and brother David Schultz. Surviving are his children Robert Schultz III of Frankenmuth, Lisa Pinter of Goodrich, Angela (Michael) Walser of Grand Haven, Sarah (Steve Hunt) Schultz of Clarkston, brother Roger (Lillian) Schultz of Waterford, and 5 grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held Saturday, April 13th at 1 p.m. at the Mancelona Chapel of Mortensen Funeral Homes with Fr. Matthew Cowan officiating. The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. until the time of service. Interment will follow in St. Anthony Catholic Cemetery, Mancelona.
