ROBERT E. MARTIN II, 29, of Mancelona, passed away on Sunday, June 29, 2008 at his home. Bob was born to Robert Martin and Marie Hendrickson on Jan. 24, 1979 in Pontiac, Michigan. Bob resided in Mancelona for the past 14 years and enjoyed playing pool, playing cards, chess, riding roller coasters, rock climbing and watching nascar. He is survived by parents, Robert (Jean) Martin of Mancelona, and Marie (Rex) Persons of Dunnellon, Fla., his maternal grandmother Jane Felts of St. Petersburg, Fla., 3 brothers, Brian Martin of Waterford, Mark (Deb) Sansone of Port Huron, Barry (Amy) Martin of Royal Oak, 4 sisters, Charlene Woods of Pontiac, Julie (Mike) Solon of Pontiac, Beth Ann (Greg) Singler of Cleveland, OH., Bonnie (Glen) Miller of Royal Oak and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Bud and Sib Hendrickson, George Felts, Ida and Dale Sandeen as well as an uncle Gary Hendrickson. Memorial services will take place on Sat., July 12, 2008 at Eleven a.m. at the Mancelona Chapel of Mortensen Funeral Homes with Yousef "Yogi" Jabara officiating.
