Phyllis Turner

Phyllis Ann Turner, 81, of Bellaire, died Tues. June 11, 2013 at Meadow Brook Medical Care Facility. She was born Sept. 14, 1931, in Bellaire, the daughter of Floyd and Lucille (Olds) Gregory. Phyllis enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and family. She also enjoyed square dancing and clogging. Together with her husband Ralph, who she married on Oct. 10, 1951, traveled all over the world enjoying those dances. They retired to Bellaire in 1989 after 33 years of living and working in Davison. Surviving is her husband of 61 years, her childrenGary (Tomilu Nielson) Turner of Grand Blanc, Luanne (James) Most of Bellaire, siblings LeRoy (Sharon Nichols) Gregory, Arden (Mary) Gregory, Gwen (Claude) St. Cyr, Marilyn White, Donna (Fred) Galster, Retha (Russ) Smith, 8 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephew. She was preceded in death by her parents and sisters Emogene and Rhea. No services are planned. Memorial contributions can be made to Meadow Brook Medical Care Facility.
