Phronsie Lou Dusseau, 81, of Charlevoix, passed away on Tuesday, November 8, 2022 at Boulder Park Terrace.  She was born on August 29, 1941, in Detroit, MI, the daughter of Frank and Olive (Hodder) Dusseau.
