Peter John Grody Jr.

Peter John Grody Jr., 35, of Mancelona, suddenly passed away on February 7, 2025.  He was born on July 3, 1989, in Petoskey.

Pete graduated from Mancelona High School in 2007.  Everyone who knew him, knew he was the life of the party.  He loved listening to music, playing guitar & piano, and fishing.  Most of all, he loved being with his family.

Pete is survived by his kids Elizabeth and Izak Grody; his parents, Pete Sr. and Lisa Grody; his sisters, Taylor & MaKenzie Grody, and Stacey, Kimberly, and Emily; and his girlfriend Felicia Morden and her daughter Annika.

He was preceded in death by his grandma, Shirley Grody; and his brother, Jacob Helwig.

A celebration of life will be announced in the near future.
