Patrick O'Neill

Patrick Michael O’Neill, born August 13, 1948, passed away unexpectedly on May 1, 2022 at 11:35am, surrounded by his family at the Banner Boswell Medical Center in Sun City, Arizona. 

He was born August 13, 1948, a proud veteran of the US Army and a retiree of the US Postal Service. Patrick lived an active lifestyle, especially in the sport of dirt bike riding and racing and then, as a senior, he went on to enjoy mountain bike riding with friends and family.

Patrick is survived by his loving family: wife Ellen; sons Kevin and wife Lindsey, stepsons David and wife Crystal, and Christopher and wife Edith as well as brother Robert (Bob) and wife Rosa, cousins Edward and Sue O’Neill of Charlevoix and Bruce and Patti Hess of Traverse City. Patrick is preceded in death by parents Laurel and Marshall O’Neill.

Interment will be at O’Neill family plots at Brookside Cemetery in Charlevoix, Michigan.

A summertime, gravesite gathering is planned for immediate family.
