Nancy Giovannetti

Nancy Anne Giovannetti, 70, of Mancelona, passed away May 6, 2013 at the Kalkaska Eden Center. Nancy was born May 2, 1943 in Cheboygan, the daughter of Robert and Arlone Passeno. Nancy is formerly of Traverse City where she resided for many years before moving to Mancelona three years ago. She was a member at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witness in Mancelona. She enjoyed doing puzzles, camping and spending time with her family. On August 30, 1977 in Ashville, NC she married the love of her life, Don Giovannetti who survives. Also surviving are two children, Brett (Stephanie) Giovannetti of Petoskey and Darcy Giovannetti of Mancelona; her mother, Arlone Passeno of Shelby Township; five brothers, three sisters and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father. Memorial services will be Saturday, May 11, two p.m. at the Alba High School. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witness in Mancelona. The Mancelona Chapel of Mortensen Funeral Homes is handling the arrangements.
