Monte Shook

MONTE ZACCHAUS SHOOK, 15 day old infant son of Harlyn Shook II and Kayla Adams of Mancelona, died on February 25, 2010 at Spectrum Hospital in Grand Rapids. Monte was born on February 10, 2010 at Charlevoix Area Hospital. Besides his parents, Monte is survived by a brother Harlyn Shook III of Mancelona, his maternal grandparents Kelly and Steve Adams of Mancelona, paternal grandparents Harlyn Sr. and Cathy Shook of Mancelona as well as several aunts and uncles. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother Lisa Shook. Funeral services will take place on Wed., March 3 at 5:00 p.m. at the Mancelona Chapel of Mortensen Funeral Homes. Visitation will take place from 4:00 p.m. until the time of services.
