Misty Falting

Misty Rene Falting, 42, of Charlevoix, passed away on Saturday, March 2, 2024.  She was born on September 28, 1981, in Charlevoix, the daughter of Michael and Judy (Somerville) Przybylski.

Misty graduated from Charlevoix High School and has called Charlevoix her home basically ever since.  She worked for the Charlevoix County Commission on Aging as a home healthcare nurse for many years as well as at Rite Aid.  Misty was a fun-loving person, with a quick-witted sense of humor that many will remember her for.  She enjoyed rock collecting and had a very artistic side as well.  She was always up for an adventure.

Misty is survived by her children, Bailey Falting of Charlevoix, and Justin Falting of Charlevoix; her sister, Kelly (Edward) Pitcher of Charlevoix; three granddaughters, Lilah, Serenity, and Ava; and nieces & nephews, Lauren Pitcher, Logan Pitcher, Jacob Zeeryp, and Morgan (Willie) Jacobus.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Misty’s family will celebrate her life in the summer of 2024.
