Marie Palazzolo

Marie L. Palazzolo, 35, of Central Lake, died peacefully after a courageous battle with Huntington Disease, Fri. Oct. 10, 2014 at Meadow Brook Medical Care Facility. She was born May 28, 1979 in Grand Rapids, the daughter of Rosanne Palazzolo and she graduated in 1997 from Central Lake High School. Marie enjoyed playing volleyball and softball and also going to the beach. Surviving Marie is her son Andy Zeman, Gramps and Grams Olds, Aunts and Uncles, Anthony Palazzolo, Maria Long, Ed & Dianne Palazzolo, Sue Palazzolo, Tam & Joe Fischer, Jeff Olds, and many cousins. She was preceded in death by her Mother Rosanne, Grandfather Anthony Palazzolo, Aunts and Uncles Gloria Palazzolo, Mike Palazzolo, Judy Buffman and Donnie Olds. A funeral Mass will be held Wed. Oct. 15, at 11 a.m. at St. Luke Catholic Church, Bellaire with Fr. James Gardiner officiating. The family will receive friends from 10 am until the time of service. Visitation will also take place Thurs. Oct. 16, from 6 to 8 pm at Matthysse-Kuiper-Degraaf Funeral Home in Wyoming, MI. A private family burial will take place in Resurrection Cemetery, Grand Rapids.
