Marge Krchak

Marjorie J. Krchak, 69, of Charlevoix, passed away Monday, December 7, 2015, at her home. She was born May 14, 1946, in Petoskey to George and Betty (Dennis) Ford, Jr.

Marge graduated from Petoskey High School in 1964.

She moved to Charlevoix in 1966, and worked as a bookkeeper for Erber Ford. She then worked for the Charlevoix County Commission on Aging retiring in 2012. Marge also served as guardian for many people in Charlevoix and Emmet Counties.

Marge enjoyed embroidery, and loved to knit.

She is survived by her siblings, Patti Hall of Howell, Janet (Jim) Batog of Alanson, Rick (Julie) Ford of Fort Wayne, Ind., Becky (Rick) Southern of Olivet; nieces and nephews, Matthew (Allison) Hall, Dennis Hall, Abbie Batog, Brock Southern; grand-nephews, Peyton and Parker Hall.

Marge will be interred at the Greenwood Cemetery in Petoskey. No services are planned at this time.

Marge will be missed by her friends, her guardianship clients, and her family.
