Lynda Gardner

Lynda F. Gardner 73 of Charlevoix, died suddenly December 26, 2021 at home.  She was born March 12, 1948 in Charlevoix the daughter of Glenn and Ada (Prough) Williams.

Lynda loved to tell stories.  She was very funny, had a great personality and was a friend to all.  She enjoyed riding horses, fishing, and camping while growing up.  She loved the great outdoors, shooting guns, and hunting too.  She liked to collect treasures, especially jewelry and purses and she never passed up a good resale shop!  Lynda lived all her life in the Charlevoix and Ironton area and attended the Ironton Congregational Church.

On Dec. 31, 1974 she married Maurice Gardner who survives.  Also surviving are her children Glen (Stephanie) Holmes of South Bend, IN, Annette (Joel) Stewart, Waterloo, IA, Amanda Gardner of Charlevoix, Zondra (Toby) Gavaldon of Charlevoix, 11 grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her parents, her sisters Evelyn Lamdin, Shirley Mousseau, and brother Sonny Williams.
