Linda Sizemore

Linda L. Sizemore, 67, of Mancelona, passed away on September 16, 2015 at her home. Linda was a lifelong resident of Mancelona and enjoyed baking, karaoke, family time , especially her grandchildren, and loved the Detroit Tigers Baseball Team. On July 1, 1967, she married Dennis M. Sizemore who survives. Also surviving are 3 children, Michelle (Sizemore) Perault, Leslie Sizemore, Michael (Rochelle) Sizemore, step-son Clif Sehl, 4 siblings, Carolyn Sehl, Glenda Bailey, Dennis (Joanne) Short, Ronald (Clarissa) Short, 10 grandchildren, Travis Perault, Brandon Perault, Clifford Sizemore, Joshua Sizemore, Alex Washburn, Wesley Sizemore, Austin Sizemore, Kaylee Sizemore, Amanda (Angel) Vallejo, Ryan Reed as well as 3 great-grandchildren, Savannah, Aedrick and Makenna and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents Erwin "Frosty" Short and Inez Short a brother Ricky Short, 2 grandchildren Crystal Ann (Koch) Sizemore and Jordan Michael Sizemore. Funeral services will take place on Saturday, September 19, at 10:00 a.m. at the Mancelona Chapel of Mortensen Funeral Homes. Louis Scholl will officiate. Interment will take place in Fairview Cemetery, Mancelona. Visitation will take place on Friday from 5-8 p.m. also at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society. Arrangements are being handled by the Mancelona Chapel of Mortensen Funeral Homes.
