Linda Crandall

LINDA L. CRANDALL, 70, of Bellaire, passed away on March 26, 2010 in Las Vegas, NV. Linda was born on May 6, 1939 in Bellaire, the daughter of Vernon and Vivian (Bedell) Butler. Linda was a homemaker and a lifelong resident of Bellaire. She worked alongside her husband Roger in the Oil Business for many years before retiring in 1999. She attended New Hope Church in Bellaire and enjoyed many outdoor activities, especially hiking, traveling, boating, fishing and bear hunting. She also enjoyed reading and spending time with her grandchildren. Her greatest love was watching her granddaughter Becky play softball and her grandson Adam play soccer and basketball. On Sept. 8, 1957, in Bellaire, she married Roger Crandall who survives. Also surviving are three children, Terri Richards of Traverse City, Kristin (Ron) Savoie of Minneapolis, MN., Scott (Bonnie) Crandall of Bellaire, two grandchildren, Becky Richards of Traverse City, Adam Crandall of Bellaire, a brother Dan Butler of Bellaire, two sisters, Margie (Carl) Griffith of Bellaire and Betty (Dane) Parks of Palmer, AK. She was preceded in death by her parents. Memorial services will take place on Wed., April 14, 2010 at 1:30 p.m. at the Bellaire Chapel of Mortensen Funeral Homes. Rev. Tim Manzer will officiate. Visitation will take place from 11:30 a.m. until the time of services. Memorial contributions may be made to the Bellaire Public Schools Athletic Department, 204 W.
