Laraine Anderson

LARAINE A. ANDERSON, 64, of Bellaire, died on Sat., July 4 at Helen Newberry Joy Hospital in Newberry. Laraine was born on June 29, 1945 in Taylor, Michigan, the daughter of Joseph and Dorothy (Triffle) Majeski. Laraine was an avid NASCAR fan, enjoyed computers, yardwork, gardening and spending time with her dogs Sassy, Boonie and Homer. On November 2, 1991 in East Jordan, she married Frederick Anderson who survives. Also surviving are a son Dan, a daughter Pat Tinsley, step-sister Erma (Bill) Yarburough of Mississippi, step-brother Gary Scaggs of Mancelona, step-father James Scaggs of Mancelona, two cousins, Judy (Don) Kuder, Gregory Triffle both of Detroit and 3 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her mother Dorothy Scaggs. A memorial gathering will take place on Thur., July 9 from 2-6 p.m. at the Bellaire Chapel of Mortensen Funeral Homes.
