Kent McNeil

Kent Arland McNeil of Bellaire, Michigan, died suddenly on April 17, 2017. Kent was born on January 30, 1959 in Tecumseh, Michigan. He was proudly one minute older than his fraternal twin brother Kurt Albert McNeil, who preceded him in death in 2007. Kent was a graduate from East Jordan High School in 1977. He was self-employed and enjoyed restoring his vintage Mustang. Kent will be fondly remembered for his out spoken beliefs, and his tenacity defending those beliefs. He is survived by his wife Lucy of Bellaire, and his mother Joyce L. McNeil of Bellaire. He is also survived by his siblings Diane (Don) Franchowiak of Elmira, Keith McNeil of East Jordan, and Roger (Becky) McNeil of Bellaire. Cremation has taken place and private family services will be held at a later date. Arrangements have been handled by the Bellaire Chapel of Mortensen Funeral Homes.
