Kathleen Weber

Kathleen Maria Weber, 79, of Charlevoix, passed away on February 23, 2025, at home. She was born on September 13, 1945, in Detroit, the daughter of Merrill and Evelyn (Bradford) Hayden.

Throughout her working days, Kathy was a nurse who loved her job. She was devoted to helping people and was always engaged when it came to conversation. Kathy was naturally compassionate and enjoyed spending time with her family. In her free time, she liked to watch the birds, read books, and listen to music. She had many beloved pets through the years and had a passion for Disney.

Surviving Kathy in death is her loving husband, Tony, six children, Thomas (Michele) Weber of Medinah, IL, Stephen (Colleen) Weber of South Elgin, IL, Kristina (Allen) Tomasik of Antioch, IL, David (Lisa) Weber of Woodstock, IL, Eric (Monique) Weber of Arlington Heights, IL, Elizabeth (Wesley) Lovick of Bloomingdale, IL, eight grandchildren, Madeleine Weber, Karleigh Tomasik, Alyssa Tomasik, Nicholas Weber, Megan Weber, Abigail Weber, Auden Weber, Emelia Weber, many nieces and nephews. 

Preceding her in death are her parents, four brothers, Merrill Jr, David, Dennis, James, one sister, Susan.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 2, from 4-6pm at the Charlevoix Chapel of Mortensen Funeral Homes. A Funeral Mass will take place on Monday, March 3, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, at noon.
