Judy Sanders-Todd

Judith K. Sanders-Todd, 65, of Fife Lake, passed away Saturday, October 27, 2012 at Munson Medical Center. Judy was born May 3, 1947 in Pontiac, the daughter of Gordon and Charlotte (Miller) Blanchard. Judy retired from Mancelona Public Schools as a Secretary for the Superintendent and from the Grand Traverse Courthouse Juvenile Division. She was involved with the Voting Registry for the Union Township and was active in showing horses for Pleasure Shows. She will be greatly missed. She is survived by her loving husband, Charlie Todd Sr; children, Deana Bushard of Gaylord, Jill Sanders of Traverse City, Tony Sanders of St. Paul, MN; stepchildren, Keri Gerring of Fife Lake, Jamie Hoogerhyde of North Carolina and Charles Todd Jr of Grand Rapids; one grandson, Drake Skowronski; six step-grandchildren, and many special friends. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and friend. A Celebration of Life Service will be Wednesday, October 31, 2012 at 11 a.m. at the Mancelona Chapel of Mortensen Funeral Homes.
