Joan B. Casey, of Jackson, currently of Bellaire, passed away on September 29, 2016 at Meadow Brook Medical Care Facility. No services are planned. Interment will take place in Clearwater Township Cemetery, Rapid City. Arrangements are being handled by the Bellaire Chapel of Mortensen Funeral Homes.
