Jennifer Spencer

Jennifer R. Spencer, 37, of Central Lake, passed away on December 26, 2016 at her home. She was born on September 7, 1979, in Portsmouth, Virginia. Jenny was a resident of Central Lake for the past 14 years where she owned and operated J & J Quality Roof Repair along with her husband Jeff. She enjoyed doing crafts, painting, ceramics, writing poetry, gardening and especially celebrating the holidays with her friends and family. Surviving are her husband Jeffrey M. Hall of Central Lake, her son Jesse Spencer of Central Lake, father Harry Spencer of Jackson, MI, a brother Fred Spencer Jr. (Heather Miley) of Saline, MI, sister Tiya (D.J.) Gora of Lebanon, TN, as well as her in-laws, Ray (Deb) Hall of Central Lake. She was preceded in death by a cousin Joey Spencer. A Celebration of her life will take place on Friday, December 30, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. at the Central Lake Chapel of Mortensen Funeral Homes. Visitation will take place from noon until the time of services Friday also at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to her family to help her son Jesse.
