Janice Francks

Janice K. Francks, 61, of Bellaire, died peacefully surrounded by her loving family, Tues. Oct. 9, 2012, at home. She was born Sept. 12, 1951, in Mount Clemens, the daughter of Charles W. and Gladys (Ahrens) Burrell. Jan enjoyed motorcycle riding, cooking, and computers. She lived in Florida for 41 yrs before moving to Bellaire to be closer to her family. Jan is survived by her mother Gladys Burrell, her brother Ronald (Melody) Burrell, sisters Sandra Sky and Susan Fillmore, uncles Roy Ahrens and Alvin (Marian) Ahrens, aunts Joanne Ahrens and Evelyn (Ed) Underwood, granddaughters Chelsea and Samantha Francks, many nieces and nephews and her loving chihuahua companions Squirt, Heidi, Roxy and Sandy. She was preceded in death by her father Charles, her sister Doris Harvey and several other relatives. Funeral services will be held Sat. Oct. 13, at One p.m. at the Bellaire Chapel of Mortensen Funeral Homes with Pastor Gary Bekkering officiating. Interment will follow in Eldred Cemetery, Kearney Twp.
