Janet Louiselle

Janet Margaret Louiselle, 93 of Charlevoix, died peacefully June 11, 2020 at Munson Healthcare, Charlevoix Hospital.  She was born February 23, 1927 in Charlevoix the daughter of Harry and Grace (Shapton) Webster.

Janet was a devout and faithful Christian. She was a charter member of Center Pointe Assembly and taught Sunday school for many years.  With her love of the Lord, belief in His ways, and always making church her priority she was often looked at as a pillar of the church.

In her free time Janet could be found knitting and sewing.  She loved to give them to her family and friends and had made over a 100 baby blankets.  Janet enjoyed spending time with her family too.

Left to cherish her memory are her children Thomas (Linda) Louiselle, Joan (Jerry) Balch, and Dan Louiselle all of Charlevoix.  Also surviving are 6 grandchildren Scott Louiselle, Nancy (Scott Mervin) Cooper, Karl (Katrine) Balch, Kevin Balch, Bradford (Cheryl) Louiselle Andy Louiselle, 7 great grandchildren Grace, Josh, Jake, Katie, Kyle, Michalla, Sierria, and 3 great great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband Thomas (2007), her parents, and 4 brothers Allan, Albert, Harry, and Richard Webster.

Funeral services will be held Monday, June 15, 2020 at 5pm. at Center Pointe Assembly with Pastor Mike Way officiating.  The family will receive friends from 4pm until the time of service.  Interment will take place Tuesday, June 16 at 10:30 am at Brookside Cemetery.  Memorial donations can be made to Center Point Assembly, PO BOX 527, Charlevoix, MI 49720.
