Howard Markle

Howard E. Markle, 66, of Mancelona passed away November 25, 2013 at his home. Howard was born July 18, 1947 in West Branch, Michigan, the son of Thomas and Ruth Markle. He proudly served his country for many years and is a Vietnam Veteran. He attended Mancelona Public Schools. He lived in Mancelona for 55 years at his mother's home. He loved having visitors over, hunting, fishing and music. He worked for Meeder Lumber for several years. He is survived by his brother and sister, Edward Markle of Florida and Alice Huffman of Mancelona. He will be greatly missed. Per his wishes, cremation has taken place.
