Howard D. Allen, 78, of Mancelona, died Feb. 23, 2010 at Tendercare of Traverse City. A visitation was held Sat. Feb. 27, at the Mancelona Chapel of Mortensen Funeral Homes. Graveside services will take place in the spring at Grand Traverse Memorial Gardens.
