Gerald Brock

GERALD "JERRY" BROCK, 66, of Funston, GA., formerly of Mancelona, died on Sept. 3, 2008 at his home.

Jerry was born on Oct. 19, 1941 in Charlevoix, the son of Ralph and Goldie (Wilbur) Brock.

On July 12, 1974 in Flint, Michigan he married Gloria Adcock who survives. Also surviving are four children, Shanda (Kendall) Mehlberg of Mancelona, Douglas Brock of Mancelona, Danny (Valery) Rhea of Georgia, Talana Rhea of Florida, 12 grandchildren and a great grandson.

He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother Richard Brock, a niece Shelly Brock and a nephew Nicolas Brock.

Funeral services were held on Mon., Sept. 8, 2008 at the Mancelona Chapel of Mortensen Funeral Homes. Rev. Gerald Cook officiated.

Interment was in Fairview Cemetery, Mancelona.
