Garry Arnold

Garry G. Arnold, 71 of Central Lake died peacefully, April 24, 2018 at home.

He was born June 22, 1946 in Big Prairie Twp., the son of George and Esther (Webster) Arnold.

Garry was well known in Central Lake working for many years at the township.  He enjoyed working at the receiving station and often gave treats to the local dogs.  He was a mechanic by trade and loved cars.  He was a collector of everything and could fix most anything.

Surviving Garry are his children George (Anita) Arnold of Mancelona, Michael Arnold of Central Lake, sister Charlene Bonter of Ravenna, grandchildren Jason (Holly) Arnold, Garry Arnold, Jessica (Ben) Manning, George III Arnold, Brandon Arnold, Michael Arnold Jr. and 6 great grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by his parents and brother Garold Garner.

A memorial service will be held Thursday, May 10, at 1 p.m. at the Central Lake Chapel of Mortensen Funeral Homes.  Interment will be in Parkview Cemetery, Grant, MI.  Please sign his online guestbook www.mortensenfuneralhomes.com.
