Francis Zitka

Francis C. Zitka, 86, of East Jordan died Friday, January 27, 2017 in Petoskey.

He was born February 9, 1930 in East Jordan to Charles and Elizabeth (Putuznik) Zitka.

On January 5, 1951 he married Patricia Ann Parks in Charlevoix. They made their home in East Jordan.

Francis owned and operated Zitka Appliance Center and Zitka Auto Sales in East Jordan. He also worked as a loan officer at Northwestern State Bank for 17 years. He enjoyed archery and gardening.

Surviving are his wife Patricia; children Gary Zitka of East Jordan and Kimberly Zitka of East Jordan; sisters Helen McComb of Goodrich and Esther Davis of Midland.
