Elsworth Marsh

ELSWORTH M. MARSH 65, of Pullman, MI., formerly of Ellsworth, died on Wednesday, March 11, 2009 at the VA Medical Center in Battle Creek. Elsworth was born on January 17, 1944 in North Branch, MI., the son of Donald Sr. and Audrey (Zook) Marsh. He grew up in Northern Michigan and graduated High School in Ellsworth and then went on to serve in the U.S. Army. He enjoyed volunteering, playing euchre, bingo and especially liked to talk. He is survived by a brother Donald (Audrey) Marsh of Pullman, MI., 3 sisters, Donalee (Ron) Bennett of East Jordan, Dorothy (Nelson) Bennett of East Jordan and Mabel (Ivan) Parsons of Mancelona. He was preceded in death by his parents and 4 brothers, John, Ron, George and Dean. Funeral services will take place on Saturday, March 14, 2009 at Eleven a.m. at the Central Lake Chapel of Mortensen Funeral Homes. Pastor Janie Beasley will officiate. Visitation will take place on Friday from 6-8 p.m. also at the funeral home. Interment will take place in Southern Cemetery, Central Lake Township.
