Ellen Lundy

She was born May 26, 1931 in Belding, MI to the parents of Asa and Franie (Sower) Brooks. Ellen loved traveling and making crafts. She enjoyed living on the River when she resided in Lowell and then going to Florida in the winter. Most of all, her pride and joy was her family. She is survived by two children, Sue (Gary) Brooks of Alba and Jack (Cathy) Rodarmer of White Cloud; siblings, Ed Brooks, Beatrice Sly, Eugene Brooks and Ronald Brooks; grandchildren, Troy Brooks, Andrew Brooks, Joel Brooks, Jennifer Wettlaufer and Jason Rodarmer; great-grandchildren, Austin, Blake, Jacqueline, Kiara, Alexis, Drew, Annabelle, Aidan, Landyn, Samantha, Rachael, Alex and Teddy; and one great-great granddaughter, Natalee. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Chuck Lundy in 2001; a son, Bill Rodarmer; two brothers; one sister; and a grandson, Steven Rodarmer. Funeral services will be Friday, December 13, 2013 at 11 a.m. at the Mancelona Chapel of Mortensen Funeral Homes with Pastor Gary Bekkering officiating. Visitation will be Thursday from 5 to 7 p.m. also at the funeral home.
