Doris Craft

Doris Elaine Craft, 76, of Mancelona, passed away on Tuesday, September 29, 2020 at her home surrounded by loved ones.  She was born on March 1, 1944 in Bellaire, MI the daughter of Frank and Rose (Pratt) James.

Doris was an excellent mother, grandmother, and homemaker.  She enjoyed gardening, sewing, and spending her winters in New Port Ritchie, FL.  She will be dearly missed by her family and all who knew her.

She is survived by two sons, Larry (Rebecca) Craft of Mancelona and Thomas Craft of Mancelona; five grandchildren, Larry Jr. (Vivian) Craft, Adam Craft, Jordan Craft, Tori Craft, and Bobby Craft; three great-grandchildren, Johnathan, Jolane, and Oliver; and a brother, Wayne (Shirley) James of Iowa.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Urban Craft Jr.; six brothers, Fred James, Roger James, Richard James, Don James, Sonny James, and Howard James; four sisters, Irene Siegwart, Jean Stoddard, Thelma Grochowski, and Shirley Craft.

There are no services planned at this time.
