Donna Simon

Donna M. Simon, 86, of Mancelona, passed away on Jan. 4, 2016 at Munson Medical Center. Donna was born on Dec. 31, 1929, in Mancelona, the daughter of John and Edna (Spires) Russell. She is survived by 3 children, Ted Simon Jr. of Chesapeake, VA, Vivian Kline of Kalkaska, David (Stacy) Simon of Mancelona, 3 grandchildren, Kenneth Frank Kline of East Jordan, Courtney and Cody Simon both of Mancelona, 4 siblings, Harold Russell of Mancelona, Cassie Russell of Charlevoix, Vivian Koyle and Elzie Russell both of Mancelona. She was preceded in death by her parents, a son Will Simon and a granddaughter Tina Kline. A memorial service will take place on Sat., Jan. 9, 2:00 p.m. at Pathway Community Church in Mancelona. The family will greet friends and visitors from noon until time of services on Sat. also at the church. Arrangements were handled by the Mancelona Chapel of Mortensen Funeral Homes.
