Dolly Ann (Bock) Howelman, 74, of Bellaire, passed away peacefully on August 11, 2012 at the Georgia House in Charlevoix following a long illness. Dolly was born on July 3, 1938 in Norfolk,VA., the daughter of John and Mary (Tynes) McMahon. Dolly spent much of her adult life in Dearborn before moving to Central Lake in 1988. She was a member of St. Luke Catholic Church in Bellaire and was a loving, caring wife and mother. She will be missed by all who knew her. She was preceded in death by her parents and her first husband Emory Bock. With Emory she had two children, Linda and Carol who survive, also surviving are 3 grandchildren, Mark, Terri and Gennefer and on great grandchild Caitlin. In addition to her children she is survived by her husband David Howelman whom she married in 2002. Private family services will take place. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Northwest Michigan, 220 W. Garfield Ave., Charlevoix, MI., 49720 Arrangements are being handled by the Bellaire Chapel of Mortensen Funeral Homes.
