Deanna Judith White, 65, of Central Lake, passed away peacefully on Thursday, October 10, 2024, at the Villa at Traverse Point in Traverse City, MI. She was born on April 24, 1959, in Seattle, WA, the daughter of Donald and Maureen (Smith) Leech.
Deanna graduated from Sacajawea High School in Auburn, Washington in 1977. She lived most of her adult life in Seattle, WA, before moving permanently to Central Lake in 2008. She was a parishioner at Holy Family Catholic Church in Seattle for many years.
Deanna cherished spending time with her family more than anything else. She also enjoyed singing karaoke, listening to music, and dancing. She had a particular affection for cats as well, owning many over the course of her life.
Deanna is survived by three children, Jason Douglas, Jessica Rabut (Douglas), and Chris Douglas; two sisters, Dorene Leech, and Denise Fessenden (Leech); and a granddaughter, Emma Rabut.
She was preceded in death by her mother and step-father, Maureen and Bob Ramboll.
Graveside services will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, October 25, 2024, at Southern Cemetery in Central Lake with Fr. Matthew Cowan officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Antrim County Animal Shelter, 4660 S. M-88 Hwy., Bellaire, MI 49615.
