David Ball

David D. Ball, 82 of Charlevoix passed away on July 9, 2017 at his home.

David was born on March 17, 1935 in Albion the son of Carlton and Ruth Ball. He graduated from Albion High School. He lived on the family farm in Albion until he moved north to Charlevoix. David retired from Consumers Power at Big Rock. He enjoyed spending his time fishing, hunting, gardening and was a master carpenter.

On November 7, 1968 in Petoskey David married Kay King who survives. Also surviving are stepchildren, Michelle (Joseph) Mathew of Seattle, WA, Tom King of Farmington, MI and 2 step grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother Victor Ball.

Burial will take place on the Ball Family Plot in Albion at a later date.
