Dale Reeves Jr.

Dale Gordon Reeves Jr., 56, of Bellaire, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, June 6, 2019 at McLaren Northern Michigan Hospital.  He was born May 7, 1963 in San Diego, CA, the son of Dale Reeves Sr. and Phyllis (Marshall) Johnston.

Dale Jr. married his wife Kristina (Huffman) Reeves on October 11, 1997 after spending the previous five years together.  He enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his four grandchildren. Dale was an avid outdoorsman, loved to hunt, and would regularly be seen dressed in camo.  One of his favorite spots to spend time outside was in the Jordan Valley. He could also be found playing bags, or defending his title as “The Horseshoe King”. When he wasn’t outside, he liked to watch NASCAR and WWE.

Surviving Dale Jr. is his wife; his mother; his step mother, Joanne Reeves; his four children, Alona (Tim) Wilson, Dale III (Tracy) Reeves, Randy Aldrich, and Mariah Huffman; a Sister, Teri Ray; four grandchildren, Larkyn Reeves, Serenity Wilson, Kylie Reeves, and Brooklynn Wilson; three close friends, Jim Wilson, Steve Huffman, and Bruce Lacy; as well as many others who will miss him dearly.

He was preceded in death by his father; and a sister, Sheila Reeves.

A memorial service will be held on Monday, June 17, 2019 at 3:00 PM at the Richardi Park Pavilion in Bellaire.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the family.
