Corrinne Rogers

Corrinne May Rogers, 82, of Ellsworth, passed away on Monday, February 15, 2021 with her loved ones at her side.  She was born on May 13, 1938 in Ann Arbor, MI, the daughter of John and Corine (Bachand) Radikee.

Corrinne lived in Ellsworth with her husband, Bob Rogers, who preceded in death. She worked as the secretary at St. Joseph Catholic Church in East Jordan for 35 years – a job she loved more than life itself. She also enjoyed spending time with her friends, her cats, gardening with her husband, and visiting casinos.

Corrinne is survived by four children Donna Hawarny (James Thiede) of Michigan, Mary Saites of Arizona, Jeff (Julie) Gilbee of Florida, and Glen (Shelly) Gilbee of Florida; seven grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Bob Rogers; her son, James Gilbee Jr.; and two sisters, Ann Slusher and Nancy Oberg.

A funeral mass will take place at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, February 22, 2021 at St. Luke Catholic Church in Bellaire.  Visitation will be held from 12:00 p.m. until the time of service at 1:00 p.m..
